SHIPPING, RETURNS & SERVICE SUPPORT
Hold Fast Rigging Systems and related equipment purchased directly through Rope Management Solutions are supported for professional field use. The following information outlines our policies regarding shipping, returns, cancellations, replacement parts, and service support.
RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
Unused and unmounted merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery in original, resalable condition with all original packaging and documentation included.
Equipment subjected to any of the following is not eligible for return or service consideration:
• Shock loading or overloading beyond published working load limits
• Modification, alteration, or substitution of components
• Improper mounting, installation, or integration
• Misuse, neglect, or operation outside published guidelines
• Damage from environmental exposure inconsistent with intended use
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If merchandise arrives damaged during shipment or is determined to be defective upon arrival, replacement support will be provided when applicable.

Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the request. Return instructions and authorization information will be provided upon review.
We recommend using insured shipping services and retaining tracking information for all returns. Rope Management Solutions is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the equipment has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less any applicable discounts, credits, or non-refundable shipping charges.

SERVICE & REPLACEMENT PARTS
Replacement components and service support are available for many wear items and hardware components across the Hold Fast product line. Customers and dealers may contact Hold Fast Rigging directly for current availability, lead times, and support options.
Harken winch components integrated into Hold Fast systems are supported through Harken’s published service documentation and parts catalog. Pricing and availability on Harken components remain subject to change through their distribution channels.
INSPECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Rigging equipment is subject to varying loads, environmental exposure, wear, operator judgment, and conditions outside the manufacturer’s control. All Hold Fast systems and components should be inspected before each use.
Any equipment showing damage, deformation, corrosion, excessive wear, or signs of improper use must be removed from service immediately and evaluated before returning to operation.
